To boost the morale of the labourers, ServHub keeps on conducting fun events. We organized a singing-dancing competition with Smart life event-a NonProfit Organization, where our labourers participated with great enthusiasm. It was totally with an aim of encouraging the labourers that are staying away from home, to live with great zeal and follow the passion apart from their daily busy schedule. We at every step try to make the labourers staying at our camps feel at home. We try hard to keep them engaged in activities more often, so they may revive their energy and stay happy, relaxed & energized.
One of the religious observances of Ramadan, and is often done as a community, with Muslim people gathering to break their fast together. The meal is taken just after the call to the Maghrib prayer, which is around sunset. Iftaar is the most important meal during this holy month, and rozedars should consume it fully to make their prayers accepted. At Servhub, every year we offer iftaar food to the labourers in our camps. As they stay far away from their home and their country, ServHub makes sure each of them gets a proper meal after a day of sacrifice, thirst & hunger in Ramadan.
An unimaginable pandemic hit the world in 2019-20. People suffered all over and Dubai too witnessed the sadness. In those unprecedented times, ServHub distributed food to almost 2000 labourers during the lockdown.
The service towards humanity is still on.
ServHub organized a talent show ‘ServHub Camp ki Awaaz’ for the labourers in Dubai to keep them engaged out of their daily schedules. Atleast 1600 workers auditioned for the competition. Servhub believes that these events help to give people a break from a stressful routine working shifts, far from their families and home countries. Such events make labourers from different countries participate and sing their heart out in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bangla, etc languages. This also helps them invest in their talent, makes them fresh, enthusiastic, and free from stage fear.
